First iPod sucked but i never thought Apple iTunes would suck, watch these videos and decide yourself,
1. This one shows iTunes don’t know what is “metal” song.
2. This shows iTunes marks “explict” to the songs which are not and vice versa.
3. Apple cannot even help it’s customers. Wow !
